If a woman is infected with HIV, medical care and certain drugs given during pregnancy can lower the chance of passing HIV to her baby.
Take care of the hygiene factor. Make sure that you are affected by any STDs.
Have a healthy diet rich in vitamin A. Vitamin A deficiency can increase the chance of HIV infection in your baby.
Avoid smoking and other substance abuse.
