How to Avoid Underarm Smell in Women?

Underarm odor is a very common problem faced not only by men but women also. Sweating is the normal body response to our daily activity. Underarm odor occurs as sweat produced by the apocrine glands mixes with bacteria on the skin. Apocrine glands are sweat gland that usually found in underarm and genital areas of the body. The secretion of apocrine gland is actually odorless but when the bacteria in the surface of the skin use the proteins and fats as source of nutrients for their growth, it develops a musky unpleasant odor. Poor hygiene can worsen the situation. There are other reasons also why underarms smell like kidney problems, gastrointestinal problems, liver problems and food intake.  Even if you have a bad body odor, you should know how to manage it.
