How to Remove Fungi and Bacteria from Tongue?

There are several possibilities for formation of fungus or bacteria in tongue. The white coating on the tongue is the indication of fungal attack and is called oral thrush (caused due to overgrowth of fungus). One of the reasons for thrush or fungal attack can be the use of high dose antibiotics or steroids that were inhaled for sinus or asthma or any other disease. A thrush can also occur if the immune system of the body is depressed or because of dehydration. Yeast attack in tongue is also caused due to the bacteria called Candida albicans. While taking birth control pills, corti-steroids etc., the good bacteria which normally keep candida under control in our systems are killed off and the candida can overgrow.
